Position: Senior Logistics Analyst

Position Overview:

As a Logistics Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective transportation and distribution of goods for our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation and distribution operations

- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of logistics processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues

- Manage relationships with carriers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods

- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and cost reduction initiatives

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations

- Generate reports and present findings to management on a regular basis

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles and best practices

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
