Senior Freight Brokerage Sales Executive (Remote)

We are seeking a forward-thinking freight brokerage sales professional to help grow a rapidly expanding digital brokerage platform. This role is ideal for an experienced logistics producer who understands the truckload market and wants to be part of a technology-driven approach to freight brokerage.

The ideal candidate brings existing shipper relationships, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the drive to build something scalable. This role offers the opportunity to generate immediate revenue while positioning yourself for long-term leadership growth within the organization.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow shipper relationships across truckload markets (dry van, refrigerated, flatbed)

  • Transition and onboard a transferable book of shipper business (preferred)

  • Leverage an innovative technology platform to deliver cost savings and supply chain optimization for customers

  • Build new business through consultative selling and strategic account development

  • Collaborate with internal operations and carrier teams to ensure high service levels and successful execution

  • Serve as a trusted logistics advisor to shippers exploring digital and automated freight solutions

  • Identify opportunities to expand into additional transportation modes including LTL and multimodal solutions

  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives with the potential to move into leadership or executive roles as the organization scales

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven success in freight brokerage or 3PL truckload sales

  • Ability to bring and transition a transferable book of shipper relationships (strongly preferred)

  • Experience managing mid-market to enterprise-level customers

  • Comfortable selling technology-enabled logistics solutions

  • Strong consultative sales approach

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to bet on performance-based earnings

  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Interest in long-term growth into leadership or executive roles
