We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on healthcare projects. This role involves designing and developing electrical systems for healthcare facilities, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating on complex, high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems for healthcare buildings, including backup and emergency power systems (generators, UPS, automatic transfer switches)
- Lead and mentor designers in developing building designs
- Ensure construction, installation, and operational testing meet specifications
- Use Revit and CAD software to develop engineering solutions
- Design and analyze normal/emergency power distribution, life safety systems, and lighting/control systems
- Ensure compliance with LEED, Energy Star, NFPA70 (NEC), and other industry standards
- Apply expertise in power distribution, three-phase systems, short-circuit calculations, breaker coordination, Arc Flash, and medium-voltage distribution
- Serve as Engineer of Record on projects
- Maintain professional presence, organized workspace, and provide mentorship to junior staff
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 6 years in A/E industry, with at least 2 years licensed
- Healthcare project experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite
- Current PE License (required); NCEES registration preferred
- LEED, CEM, or LC certification is a plus
- Up to 20% travel depending on project needs
