Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Specialist for our Prescott Valley office. This is a hands-on position where you will perform general maintenance, repairs, and inspections in resident-occupied homes and vacant units. You will also prepare units for new residents, ensuring they are move-in ready. You are provided with a company vehicle that will be picked up and dropped off at the office daily.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in resident-occupied homes and vacant units
• Conduct property inspections, including move-out, move-in, and annual inspections
• Prepare units for new residents (make rent-ready tasks)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment
• Communicate with the team to schedule and prioritize tasks
• Document all work and maintain accurate records, including taking clear, high-quality photos for documentation and marketing purposes
• Ensure all units are 100% move-in ready by the scheduled deadline
• Follow all safety guidelines at all times
• Be on call for one week per month.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Cabinet repairs and adjustments
• Installing blinds and baseboards
• Drywall repair, patching, and finishing
• Door installation and adjustments (interior, exterior, bypass)
• Appliance installation
• Trash outs and property clean-ups
• Painting and touch-ups
• Caulking and sealing
• Efficient use of time and materials

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience
• Reliable transportation and your own basic tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Commitment to working safely and professionally in both vacant and occupied homes

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
• Overtime is not offered
• Pay: $19.00 $25.00 per hour
