Maintenance Technician

The ideal candidate should be detail orientated with outstanding organizational skills. Pay is DOE ($30-$40) and is flexible for the right candidate. We will also provide performance reviews with pay evaluation for long term growth.

Performing routine maintenance around residential homes to include but not limited to

• Repairing drywall including matching texture
• Repairing/installing interior/exterior doors
• Paint touch up
• Trash outs
• Installing appliances
• Cabinet repairs
• Blind installation
• Minor plumbing and electrical knowledge

You must have knowledge, experience, and tools to

• install interior and exterior doors, trim doors as needed to fit the size
• install baseboard/trim
• replace door jambs
• hauling and backing a trailer
• repair cabinets such as replacing end panels or under sink boards
• replacing light fixtures

Requirements:

• Valid AZ driver license
• Clean background and driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Possess your own tools
• Must have at least 3 years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently
• Meet deadlines (make rent ready's should not take longer than 2 days)
• Always work in a safe manner following all established safety rules and regulations.
• Keep the shop/vehicle organized and equipment safe and clean and put away.
• Communicate with team to facilitate repairs and improvements.
• Ensure efficient use of time and materials
• Document processes and maintain records.
• Extensive technical construction expertise in residential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
