Aesthetic Assistant

Job Overview:

Esthetic Finesse Medspa is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to support our clinical and front desk operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily functions, exceptional client experience, and effective sales of skincare products and services. The ideal candidate has experience in the beauty industry (Medspa, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or Aesthetic Clinic), strong organizational skills, and a vibrant personality for client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Support:

• Assist Nurse Injector Diane Howard with patient prep, treatments, and post-procedure care.
• Ensure all treatment rooms are fully stocked and sanitized.
• Order supplies weekly from vendors (McKesson, Amazon, or direct reps).
• Manage inventory of skincare and treatment-related products.
• Prepare patient charts and consent forms prior to appointments.
• Conduct new patient follow-up calls for post-procedure check-ins.

Front Desk & Client Relations:

• Greet and check in clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle appointment scheduling and ensure clients are booked out efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of client preferences and treatment history.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and direct messages promptly and professionally.
• Assist with payments, memberships, and promotional offerings.

Social Media & Marketing:

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts to showcase treatments and client testimonials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance social media engagement.
• Capture high-quality before-and-after photos and videos (with client consent).
• Assist in promoting special offers and memberships through social media and in-person.

Retail & Sales:

• Educate clients on skincare products and recommend customized regimens.
• Meet and exceed sales goals for retail skincare products and memberships.
• Develop strategies to increase client retention and rebooking rates.
• Upsell add-ons and complementary treatments to enhance client results.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Medspa, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or Aesthetic Clinic.

• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and injectables.

• Outgoing, bubbly personality with excellent customer service skills.

• Experience with Instagram content creation (Reels, Stories, Posts).

• Sales experience in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty-related services.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to manage scheduling software and client databases.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.

• Medical Assistant or Esthetician background is a plus.

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or other CRM systems.

• Ability to analyze client needs and suggest tailored skincare treatments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
