At Rosenbaum Realty Group, we help get rental homes ready for new tenants. As a Property Inspector, youll play a vital role in ensuring homes are safe, clean, and fully move-in ready.

Rosenbaum Realty Group is a trusted property management and real estate company dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both our property owners and residents. 

What You'll Do:

• Conduct property inspections before and after tenant move-out

• Document unit conditions, required repairs, and readiness status

• Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and cleaners for turnover tasks

• Take clear, high-quality photos for documentation and marketing purposes

• Create and update turnover checklists and inspection reports

• Ensure all units are 100% move-in ready by the scheduled deadline

• Communicate regularly with property managers and office staff

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in property inspection, property management, or residential maintenance is required
• Highly detail-oriented and organized

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of home systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.)

• Must have a clean driving record, and pass a background check and drug test

Job Details:

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week

• Pay: $15 $25 per hour (depending on experience)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
