About the Role:

As our Regional Property Manager, you will be on the road weekly, traveling between our properties in Gilbert, Thatcher, and Prescott to oversee operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure each location is running at peak efficiency. You'll be the go-to problem solver, working directly with on-site teams to standardize best practices, implement new software, and drive property success.

Accommodations covered! Stay in a fully paid corporate apartment or rental home at each location while traveling.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Traveling Monday to Friday to one of our three locations each week, ensuring hands-on leadership and support.
  • Building a strong team culture, motivating, coaching, and developing staff to improve performance and engagement. Conducting one-on-one weekly meetings with Property Managers and the Leasing Manager.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency by evaluating each site, setting performance goals, and monitoring KPIs.
  • Investigating issues and implementing solutions to maximize efficiency and ensure best practices are followed across all properties.
  • Standardizing processes, creating seamless operational continuity across all locations.
  • Leading software and system implementations, training staff, and ensuring smooth adoption.
  • Monitor and manage property budgets, expenses, and cost control measures.
  • Resolving issues proactively, from staffing challenges to operational roadblocks.

What We're Looking For:
  • Arizona Real Estate License is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-property management role. You must have a proven track record of overseeing multiple sites.
  • A Road Warrior You must be willing and able to travel Monday- Friday each week (accommodations provided).
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and expense management.
    A Hands-On Leader Someone who isn't afraid to step in, take charge, and inspire teams.
    A Problem Solver You can identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
    Tech-Savvy Experience implementing property management software and streamlining operations is a big plus.
