About Us

We're looking for a Senior Accountant to take charge of our financial operations and asset management. This role is critical in ensuring our financial health, optimizing cash flow, and maximizing investment opportunities.

What You'll Do

As our Head of Accounting & Private Assets Manager, you will:

• Financial Oversight & Reporting Lead: Financial reporting, reconcile assets and liabilities, and provide in-depth cost analysis for all projects.
• Private Asset & Investment Management: Manage private assets, optimize investment strategies, and oversee risk management, including company-wide insurance.
• Accounts Receivable & Cash Flow Management: Produce cash flow projections, oversee billing, collections, and credit policies to ensure steady cash flow and minimize outstanding balances.
• Payroll, HR, & Compliance: Manage payroll, employee benefits, and hiring processes while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Systems & Process Optimization: Implement and optimize financial systems, including QuickBooks, to streamline reporting and accounting processes.

• Skilled in AR/AP, collections, credit management, and process improvement.
• Familiar with QuickBooks and advanced accounting tools.
