As a Construction Technician Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the completion of some amazing Construction project/luxury custom homes. You will thrive in this field position if you have basic trade skills in the following areas: carpentry Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall repair, Painting, Finish Carpentry, and Cabinetry repair/installation to name a few.

You are Ideal if you have:
Valid AZ Driver's License
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Compensation will be based on experience and ability
- Residential Construction experience preferred, Passion for the trades is a must
- Basic knowledge and comfortable with operation of hand and power tools are required
- Problem solver, Hard Worker, Good communication, willingness to learn new skills
This is a full-time, permanent position M-F on project sites. You must be physically capable to do this work.

This Field Role exists to fill in gaps with trade partners, handle punch list items, warranty repairs & help the construction move more quickly & efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
- Punch List Items: For instance; caulk trim, paint touch ups, drywall repairs, hardware installation (mirrors, light fixtures, plumbing, etc.)
- Daily Job Site Cleaning: Exterior lot clean up, interior construction site clean up, product/ material staging, pressure washing street track out
- General Trim Work: For instance; Hanging mirrors, cutting light boxes, simple framing, etc
- Warranty Items: Handle items associated with new homeowners after purchase or turn over keys
- Tool Inventory Management: Insure the trailer is organized, tools are clean, & in their proper place.
- Fill Gaps for Trade partners: Fill in where Trade-partners aren't available/necessary to handle parts of the project
- Job Site Material Management: Insure job site materials are organized,
- Job Site Protection: Insure floors are covered/protected, etc.
- Job Site Security: Insure the job site is locked up at the end of each workday.
- Internal Change Orders - Execute on internal change orders from Project Superintendent
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
