What You'll Do

As the Operations Manager at Vitality Slim Clinic, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of the clinic. Acting as the implementer of the owner's vision, you will lead day-to-day operations, ensure seamless execution of strategies, and foster a culture of excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Operations Management

  • Oversee all aspects of daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a welcoming environment.
  • Manage staff scheduling, administrative tasks, and inventory to maintain seamless operations.
  • Ensure adherence to clinic protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, coach, and manage all personnel, creating a high-performing, motivated team.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training processes to ensure staff delivers superior customer service and maintains professionalism.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative environment that aligns with Vitality Slim Clinics' mission and values.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Uphold and enhance the standard of exceptional patient care, ensuring every client feels valued, supported, and encouraged throughout their wellness journey.
  • Address client concerns and feedback promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction and trust.

Strategic Implementation

  • Execute the owner's vision by developing and implementing operational plans and initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer retention, revenue, and staff performance to drive success.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.


What Were Looking For

  • Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of operations management experience in the medical, spa, or wellness industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Technical Proficiency: proficient or familiar with CRMs and EMRs.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong organizational abilities and experience managing day-to-day business operations.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and addressing client needs.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and proactively solve problems.
  • Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to organization, documentation, and maintaining clinic standards.

Pay

  • $50,000- $65,000 per year
  • A Bonus based on clinic performance and KPI metrics.
