Your Role
As Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing the complete electrical installations for all KenzFigee products. Your role involves translating technical and project specifications into efficient, practical system designs. Based in Aberdeen, you will be closely integrated with the engineering team in Zaandam, ensuring smooth collaboration across borders. This position offers you the chance to work on complex projects in a high-tech, international environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities

Design electrical installations for heavy mechanical lifting equipment based on technical specifications

Create technical drawings and perform calculations to support system design

Ensure integration with other engineering disciplines for seamless system operation

Collaborate intensively with the project/product team in Zaandam, Netherlands

Contribute to engineering reviews and project milestones

Support troubleshooting and commissioning activities as needed
What Theyre Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Experience with large mechanical systems, preferably including cranes or similar installations

Ability to make informed electrical design decisions based on high-level requirements

Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken

Demonstrated teamwork, proactiveness, and critical thinking skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Safety-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Have:

Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification or similar professional qualification
