Your Role
The Warehouse Team Lead oversees and optimizes logistics processes within the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and service excellence. This role involves leading a team of 10 warehouse and logistics professionals, working closely with departments such as Sales, Services, and Quality Control. As the key point of contact in warehouse operations, the Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for ensuring timely order deliveries and continuously improving internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of 8 Warehouse Operators and 2 Logistics Administrative staff.
- Process Optimization: Organize and enhance logistics operations in alignment with the Supply Chain Plan.
- Inventory Management: Ensure inventory accuracy, perform root cause analyses, and oversee stock corrections.
- ERP System Oversight: Monitor and manage logistics activities within the Sales Manager ERP system.
- Collaboration & Improvement: Participate in warehouse improvement projects, identify operational enhancements, and implement solutions.
- Hands-On Support: Step in on the warehouse floor when additional capacity is required.
- Reporting: Conduct monthly evaluation meetings and provide reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
