Core One is seeking a Strategic Concept Developer to support the program. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Core One is seeking a Strategic Concept Developer to support the program. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Military Science or a related field preferred.
- Expertise in concept development with a focus on Force Design and Force Development concepts.
- Experience in concept development from initial concept to implementation.
- Experience in conducting service-level studies and analysis related to concept development.
- Experience in designing and conducting concept experimentation and wargaming.
- Knowledge of concept implementation through DOTMLPF-P analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct component level headquarters correspondence and briefings.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience serving in the Department of Defense on an O-6 level or higher Military staff, performing executive functions and managing bi-lateral information flow between the Commander and subordinate units.
- Knowledge of Marine Corps Planning Process, Joint Planning Process, or equivalent military planning process.
- Knowledge or experience in organizational analysis or design.
- TOP SECRET/SCI clearance required.
