POSITION SUMMARY

The Field Service Representative (FSR) plays a crucial role in providing on-site customer support, ensuring seamless customer experience and satisfaction with the VJOC platform. The FSR drives the implementation, training, and adoption of VJOC for military staff personnel, including high-ranking officers up to the General Officer level. This support is offered both during normal duty hours in garrison and in military field environments, with occasional off-duty assistance as needed and pre-coordinated.proper usage of the VJOC platform by military personnel.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customer support related to the VJOC platform.
  • Drive the implementation, training, and successful adoption of VJOC by various military staff personnel.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide hands-on support to ensure
  • Provide operational support and consulting to the customer, including recommendations for best practices surrounding the use of the VJOC platform.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating both training and operational events for military teams, ensuring that VJOC is fully integrated into exercises and operations.
  • Collaborate with technical engineers to offer general technical consulting and troubleshoot any operational or technical issues related to VJOC in the field.
  • Aid in resolving any on-site operational issues, ensuring smooth functionality and continued satisfaction with the VJOC platform.
  • Provide limited off-hours support, with prior coordination, to assist the customer in urgent situations.
  • Participate in military training exercises and events, providing hands-on assistance as needed.
  • Travel occasionally outside the local area in support of customer training and operational exercises.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior military personnel, including General Officers.
  • Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and consulting, with a willingness to work alongside company engineers when necessary.
  • Experience with the military environment and an understanding of military protocols and procedures.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in both garrison and field environments.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support customer training and exercises.
  • Secret clearance required, TS-SCI Preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • On-site support during normal duty hours, with the possibility of working in both garrison and military field environments.
  • Occasional off-duty support as needed, with prior coordination.
  • Limited travel outside the local area may be required for customer training exercises.
