Job Description

***Must have an active (or ability to obtain) TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance***

This position provides coordination and performance of daily support / operational activities related to a specific Office Services functional area and related to less complex projects and activities. May function as a supervisor or a lead over a small project or task within an Office Services functional area(s)

  • Responsible for the successful delivery (e.g., daily planning, coordination, performance, etc.) of a single or combination of assigned Office Services functional area(s)
  • Assist in the research and identification of outside vendors / contractors
  • Coordinate with and schedule work orders for internal or contracted service providers
  • Responsible for ensuring contracted service providers follow policies and practices in relation to the safe and efficient use of company facilities, equipment, and resources and maintain compliance with established scopes of work
  • Provide regular performance feedback of contracted service providers to upper management
  • Provide assistance over a variety of facility and office services related functional and cross-functional projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements

  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and one (1) year of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to five (5) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

  • U.S. citizen
  • Must have an active (or ability to obtain) TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance***
  • Participate in department meetings, training, and functions
  • Serve as a Company representative to external clients
  • Participate in Fluor University® for training and career development
  • Contribute to and promote the use of Fluor’s knowledge management portals and communities

Preferred Qualifications

  • One (1) year in a primary Office Services related discipline/activity
  • Local Candidates
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance

Salary Range

55,000 to 94,000

Market Rate

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
