The functional capabilities are to provide the information technology (IT) infrastructure services required to deliver timely, relevant, and accurate support of national security. TCS will provide innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment, and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide to support the NGA mission.

Team CACI has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for a Structured Cabling Technician supporting an Intelligence Community customer’s wide-area (WAN), local-area (LAN), and campus-area (CAN) cable plant across multiple security domains.

The technician is responsible for the installation, modification, repair, and maintenance of voice, video, and data consisting of copper and fiber-optic cabling for inside and outside cable plants. The Structured Cabling Technician is expected to work as part of a team and adhere to proper customer and DOD/ICD installation guidelines. Maintain compliance with Quality Assurance standards as well as ensuring service performance indicators are met or exceeded.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Must have the ability to install, terminate & test low voltage cables & fiber optical cables. Strong understanding of low-voltage infrastructure and related services.
  • Installation from outlets to distribution point, pulling cable, fire stopping, and pre-termination including organizing, forming, dressing, and labeling cables to industry and DOD standards
  • Perform work in renovations and new construction environments and implement cut-over.
  • Update documentation of all network cabling configuration upgrades, additions, or revisions after implementation.
  • Use various types of copper and fiber cable and termination hardware as well as termination and testing procedures used on a day-to-day basis.

More About The Role

  • Ability to work from heights such as man lifts, scissor lifts, and Ladders, reach overhead, and kneel for long periods.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents.
  • Use hand tools, including various punch tools, test equipment, and various power tools such as hammer drills and saws.
  • Ability to work in various environments – Office, Retail and Construction
  • Proven ability to implement labeling schemes as detailed in the Project Scope of Work.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • BICSI Installer, Technician, or other similar certification.
  • Ability to follow directions from various sources
  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI; eligibility for polygraph.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to differentiate color for color coded wiring
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both through written and verbal methods
  • Working knowledge of industry standards including BICSI, ANSI, EIA/TIA, and local and National Electric Code.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the installation & maintenance of Telecom Systems, TCP/IP Networks & Wireless Solutions.

CACI is searching for an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support a worldwide engineering, operations, and tech refresh contract supporting Enterprise IT (EIT) capabilities and functions for our Intelligence Community (IC) customer.

As a team, we will be responsible for operations, future technologies, engineering and Tier 2/3 support, break/fix, and tech refresh activities to develop and maintain agency wide capabilities on a global basis.

  • Responsible for supporting Engineering and Operations network solutions and strategic adherence to all aspects of the Information Assurance (IA) program as stipulated by various U.S. Government requirements including (but not limited to): Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCID), IC Directive (ICD) 503 and associated NIST publications.
  • Preparation of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documents and procedures.
  • Interface with other IA team members, other security disciplines (industrial security, physical security, special programs security, etc.), program personnel, and Government security representatives.
  • Responsible for supporting adherence to all aspects of the Information Assurance (IA) program as stipulated by various USG requirements including (but not limited to): Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCID), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 and associated NIST publications.
  • Preparation of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documents and procedures. Interface with other IA team members, other security disciplines (industrial security, physical security, special programs security, etc.), program personnel, and government security representatives

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Qualifications include a track record of progressively responsible information assurance experience in ICD 503 certification and accreditation.
  • ISSO shall be compliant with DoD 8140 and any other certification/training required by DoD for role.
  • Must maintain required technical and security training relative to cybersecurity duties, in accordance with DoD instruction 8510.01, Risk Management Framework for DoD Systems, NIST Special Publication 800-53, Recommended Security Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations and DoD Directive 8570.01-M, IA Workforce Improvement Program.
  • ISSO must have certifications and/or comprehensive hands-on technical experience in the technology area(s) of their assigned system(s) in order to effectively carry out their duties.
  • Familiarization with NIST Special Publication 800-37 Revision 1, Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems‟, Committee on National Security Systems Instructions (CNSSI) 1253, and NIST SP 800-53 Revisions 3 and 4, SP800-39, SP 800-30.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with ability to obtain a polygraph.

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is:

$95,500-$210,100
