The Opportunity:
As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to guide teams as they solve some of our client’s most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe.
As a Cyber, Intelligence, Information Security Mission Expert, you’ll bring your leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in engineering, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data analytics on projects for customers. As a fellow, you’ll use your skills and expertise to understand our clients’ needs, provide thought leadership in helping them define and solve their problems, and participate in the planning and execution of various aviation and missile defense-related tasks and programs. Beyond the tactical solutions of individual client needs, you will develop a broader strategy that leverages cyber, intelligence, and information security principles and crosses client or domain boundaries, to provide the best value solutions across DoD and the Federal Government.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a military Chief Information Officer
- Experience as an information systems communication planner
- Experience with leading the planning, execution, testing, and analysis of complex Interoperability Assurance and Validation
- Experience with developing or influencing requirements for weapon systems platforms
- Experience with managing program budgets of at least $25M
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 20+ years of experience as a military leader
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile methods, including Scrum or Kanban
- Experience with Joint Military
- Master's degree
