KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
- Participate on client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm / practice unit service delivery standards
- Utilize knowledge of learning and talent development to identify and manage complex client issues
- Support engagement leadership and demonstrate ability to oversee team members on key project activities
- Maintain and administer the learning management system, including setup, configuration, permissions management, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with managers, course creators, SMEs and instructors to develop online courses and e-learning modules within the LMS.
- Create and maintain documentation on LMS processes, usage guidelines, system updates and best practices
- Manage learner registrations by maintaining accurate user records and providing any necessary support
- Track metrics of training deliver and learner progress to generate reports on course completion rates and user performance for the purpose of evaluation.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software updates related to the LMS system
- A minimum of three years of experience related to Learning & Development
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. Majors preferred in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related fields
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the learning function, including learning strategy and instructional design / delivery
- Experience in identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational materials / courses, and training programs or classes
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instructions for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effectiveness
- Experience working with learning management systems, such as Moodle or Schoology
- Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
- Applicant must possess a U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance
