Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Queue Coordinator (QC) to join our team in the San Antonio, TX area. This is an onsite, shift position (Day Shift, Monday through Friday 6 am - 2 pm ET/5am-1 pm CT ). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Review, assign, reconcile and support the management of service tickets throughout their lifecycle
  • Provide technical assistance and telephonic support for Remote Monitoring to Intel Customers
  • Help coordinate with IT service providers and communicate outages and plans for recovery
  • Help provide technical assistance and support for Workflow Management services
  • Communicates with technicians to determine task assignments
  • Coordinates with Site Leads and Regional Managers on ticket prioritization and assignments
  • Conducts database research to support ticket requirements
  • Follows up with other work centers to ensure task completion and task assignment
  • Monitor and support ticket workflows
  • Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications:
  • 1 years’ relevant experience
  • ServiceNow experience
  • Experience/understand ticket Workflows Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to collaborate with other leaders/teams, use standard office automation equipment, and virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
