Tyto is searching for a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support a complex, multi-year contract to modernize an U.S. Government agency’s IT Service Management (ITSM) in support of Service Desk and Network Operating Center operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead activities related to an on-premises instance of ServiceNow Software Platform
• Be part of a scaled Agile Framework team to manage multiple concurrent project and modules related to an ITSM environment using ServiceNow.
• Seamlessly integrate multiple ITIL projects using ServiceNow
• Develop and continuously improve ITIL processes leveraging ServiceNow.
• Foster positive collaboration culture between Government/business leaders, internal and external stakeholders to achieve the desired end objectives.

Requirements:

• ServiceNow Administrator certification
• Minimum of 5 years in ITIL management experience (ITIL certification is a plus but not required) implementing ITSM processes and standards in a government environment.
• Proven track record of delivering IT strategies that aligned with the organizational leadership goals.
• Experience managing direct reports and matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and be able to propose strategic improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for creating buy-ins, providing progress reports, and articulating post-mortem reports.

Security Clearance Required:

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance

Travel Required:

• On-prem required and occasional travel as needed up to 20% of the time,

• Not initially but % of telework is being considered for future
