Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer (Key) to join our team in the Columbia and Hanover, MD area.

The ideal candidate for System Engineer (Key) position will fit the following:

• Senior System Engineer with End-to-End Technical SIGINT experience across a broad range of disciplines, mediums and applications including RF frequency spectrum, COMINT, ELINT, PROFORMA, processing systems and components.
• Subject Matter Expert and technical manager with experience in all phases of systems engineering and development, integration & test, installation/deployment, configuration, dataflow, training, operations and lifecycle support for GOTS/COTS applications and sub-systems. Demonstrated experience planning and leading multiple simultaneous system and systems engineering efforts.
• Must be willing to travel OCONUS for short term deployments Minimum Requirements:
• Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Five (5) years demonstrated and direct experience supporting Third Party Partner efforts. Preferred Qualifications:
• Systems engineering experience specifically in the areas of GOTS/COTS SIGINT application and/or capabilities, development, integration, testing, certification, deployment, and training.
• Experience authoring system engineering artifacts
• Applicant must be a forward leaning self-starter requiring little daily oversight. Security Clearance Requirements:
• TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
