The Integrated Aviation Solutions (AIS) Division currently has an opening for a Lead Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) Operations and Mission Data Analyst supporting an Operations, Sustainment and Development program based at a customer facility on Fort Eisenhower, GA. Leidos is the prime contractor on a 10-year single award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the United States Army.

The Lead Operations and Mission Data Analyst is responsible for data preparation, data mining, and result validation and explanation of a state-of-the-art Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) platform including operational support during live missions. The Mission Data Analyst is responsible for assessing SIGINT systems operational trends, evaluating capabilities, and identifying deficiencies to generate comprehensive understanding of the current systems. This position also extracts useful information from mission data using a variety of methods, including analysis, classification, conversion, extraction, organization, and reasoning to provide the customer with insights to shape CONOPS and future development efforts. Through a thorough understanding of customer areas of interest, the Lead Operations and Mission Data Analyst will develop specific products and research lines in anticipation of future needs culminating in authoring comprehensive assessments detailing the results of the analysis.

Pay Range
Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. - Assess SIGINT systems operational trends, evaluate capabilities, and identify deficiencies to generate comprehensive understanding of the current systems.
- Extract useful information from mission data using a variety of methods, including analysis, classification, conversion, extraction, organization, and reasoning to provide the customer with insights to shape CONOPS and future development efforts.
- Responsible for data preparation, data mining, and result validation and explanation.
- Author comprehensive assessments detailing the results of the above analysis.
- Understand customer areas of interest and develop specific products and research lines in anticipation of future needs
- Participate in IPTs
- Participate in Airborne ISR test events and exercises
- Liaison with Government customers and outside agencies in a timely and professional manner
- Provide feedback to Program Management on daily, weekly, and monthly activities
- Provide oversight of subcontractor data analyst(s) and quality of work products
- All other duties as directed by the Program Management Office
- And all other duties as required to ensure responsiveness of the program
- Must hold a BA/BS degree and 8 years of experience; or master’s degree and 6 years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Current DoD Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI w/CI Poly
- Experience with Airborne ISR executing SIGINT missions
- Experience with operational processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) functions
- Ability to assess SIGINT systems operational trends, evaluate capabilities, and identify deficiencies to generate comprehensive understanding of the current systems
- Able to extract useful information from mission data using a variety of methods, including analysis, classification, conversion, extraction, organization, and reasoning to provide the customer with insights to shape CONOPS and future development efforts.
- Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts
- Experience with data preparation, data mining, and result validation and explanation
- Experience authoring comprehensive assessments detailing the results of the analysis
- Experience working with software engineers to enhance existing and support development of new Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) capabilities.
- Software testing
- Able to effectively communicate with Leidos personnel, sub-contractors and customers
- Ability to travel 10% to support one-on-one and Stakeholder meetings and surge travel up to 25% to support integration and installation or test events
- Able to support shift work to meet mission surge operations.
- Experience with MS Project, Office, PowerPoint, Visio
- Knowledge and experience with Army Airborne ISR Operations
- Understanding of SIGINT missions
- Experience with Army and National Intelligence policies and procedures
