We are looking for a Deputy Program Manager responsible for supporting the management of several DoD contracts from our Crystal City office. Must have a active TS/SCI clearance.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll manage the workload for the team driven by the priorities and assignments of our customer. This requires you to assess progress and change direction to address priorities, while communicating the expected outcomes and actions to each request. You will need to be available to the customer during the core hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

- Direct completion of tasks within the estimated timeframe and budget constraints, and communicate our performance
- Management of documentation, CDRLs, SOPs, and financial reporting
- Preparing briefings and presentations.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience providing status/progress reporting in both written and oral presentations.
Top Secret Clearance With SCI Eligibility Required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Management or Business field preferred)
- At least 6 years of management experience in administration, acquisition, and program management.
- Demonstrated relevant management experience with ACAT I-D programs operating in a multi-level security protection environment OR
- Contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Federal, Department of Defense, and Department of the Navy acquisition practices.
- Adept at briefing executive level leadership.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
