Security Administrator, Senior
Key Role:
Perform as the designated Facility Security Officer. Ensure the protection of firm and government sensitive and classified information. Coordinate and monitor highly sensitive aspects of the DoD and other industrial security programs and security activities, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Conduct highly sensitive security briefings and coordinate all security education programs. Establish and maintain relationships with the client and government client security POCs. Prepare, obtain approval for, and execute security plans, Security Operating Procedures (SOP), Systems Security Plans (SSPs), and Concepts of Operations (CONOPS). Act as a backup FSO for the facility, as needed, and provide support to cleared personnel. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor other team members. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Review and investigate non-compliance issues. Provide security advice, guidance, and recommendations to all levels of staff. Manage program and administrative activities regarding security clearances for the organization's employees and advise management and personnel on issues. Assist with ad hoc proposal security volume reviews. Coordinate security support for classified contracts with the client as the oversight security authority.
Basic Qualifications:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an FSO
- Experience with database functions, including DISS, NISS, and NIST databases
- Knowledge of the NISPOM Rule, COMSEC, and ISSO functions
- Knowledge of clearance processing, document control, physical security, including Open Storage and Restricted areas, Automated Information System Security, and Security Awareness and Training - (SATE)
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- DSS Academy (STEPP) FSO Management for Possessing Facilities Certification
- Ability to work in a team
- Possession of excellent organizational skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
