About the job Service Desk Agent with German

Requirements:

  • Fluent knowledge of German (C1/C2)
  • Communicative knowledge of English (A2-B1)
  • Customer Service or IT Support experience
  • Problem-solving attitude  
  • The ability to talk to anyone and cooperate with a team

Your duties:

  • Your job would be to answer phone calls and solve issues. We will equip you with all the necessary tools and knowledge so you will be able to help end-users.
  • You will troubleshoot over the phone, chat, or e-mail. In case you won’t be able to handle it on your own, you will have a team of colleagues to always back you up
