About the job Customer Care & Service Administrator (Mobeni, KZN)
KEY RESPONSIBILES
- Order processing and order confirmations
- Preparation of documentation for customers, e.g. Proforma Invoices and Sales Order Reports
- Order tracking and order book control
- Daily Distribution Plan information preparation
- Preparation and control of stock replenishment models
- Interfacing with customers regarding order book issues
- Interfacing with the Order Fulfilment team regarding the achievement of customer service levels
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification (degree/diploma) in Supply Chain Management/related
- 3+ years experience in a customer care / customer service role
- Be computer literate
- Working knowledge of an ERP System (SAP, Syspro, Sage, JDE etc)
- Understanding or experience of the packaging industry will be an added advantage
- Able to work in a cross functional team environment
- Must be immediately available to commence work
RUMUNERATION
R14,000 Per Month
