About the job Customer Care & Service Administrator (Mobeni, KZN)

KEY RESPONSIBILES

  1. Order processing and order confirmations
  2. Preparation of documentation for customers, e.g. Proforma Invoices and Sales Order Reports
  3. Order tracking and order book control
  4. Daily Distribution Plan information preparation
  5. Preparation and control of stock replenishment models
  6. Interfacing with customers regarding order book issues
  7. Interfacing with the Order Fulfilment team regarding the achievement of customer service levels

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Grade 12
  2. Tertiary qualification (degree/diploma) in Supply Chain Management/related
  3. 3+ years experience in a customer care / customer service role
  4. Be computer literate
  5. Working knowledge of an ERP System (SAP, Syspro, Sage, JDE etc)
  6. Understanding or experience of the packaging industry will be an added advantage
  7. Able to work in a cross functional team environment
  8. Must be immediately available to commence work

RUMUNERATION

R14,000 Per Month
