KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Cashbook capturing
  2. Daily/monthly Bank recons
  3. Preparation and capturing of General Ledger journals
  4. Assisting in preparation of management accounts
  5. Assisting in preparation of annual budgets
  6. Assistance with internal/external auditors
  7. Preparation of Balance sheet recons
  8. Preparation of Vat workings and returns
  9. Maintaining and updating of fixed assets register
  10. Assistance with Debtors and Creditors duties
  11. General administration and filing

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Grade 12 (With Mathematics & Accounting as subjects)
  2. Tertiary Bookkeeping/Finance qualification
  3. Minimum 3-5 years bookkeeping/finance experience
  4. Knowledge of Accounting software packages
  5. Strong MS Office skills
  6. Ability to work under pressure and according to tight deadlines
  7. Have excellent documentation and communication skills
  8. Attention to Detail and high level of accuracy
  9. Office hours: Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00

RUMUNERATION

R 18 000 to R20,000 (Total Cost To Company)
