Position Purpose:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, turnover management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures that HR strategies align with the organization's goals and supports a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring).
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment databases.
2. Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Implement employee retention initiatives.
3. Performance Management:
Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in employee performance evaluations.
Monitor employee productivity and development plans.
4. Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize employee training programs.
Support leadership development and career growth initiatives.
Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
5. Compensation & Benefits:
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
6. HR Policies & Compliance:
Perform monthly reconciliations between the customer ledger, bank statements, and the accounts receivable control listing.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
7. HR Strategy & Planning:
Align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.
Lead HR projects and process improvements.
Experience / Knowledge Required:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Skills Required: Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experiences in HR management or related roles.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Preferred:
Master's degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA).
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR/SPHR).
Experience with HR software or HRIS systems.
Salary:
1200 to 1700 USD

Working Days: Mon - Friday (8:30am to 6:00pm)
