Key responsibilities

• International garment company seeks dynamic, team-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee accounting department at best in class factory.

Responsibilities include:

• Overall management of accounting department, including development of company operating budget, cost and expense auditing and monitoring, preparation of all tax-related filings and declarations
• Direct reporting to ownership,
• Monitor all tax-related matters, including government tax policies and subsidies and applicable regulations, VAT and surcharges, income and export taxes
• Data collection, analysis and reporting
• Coordinate external affairs with banks and taxation departments and stakeholders; and
• Develop SOPs and related management systems.

Requirements

1. Min.5 years proven accounting management experience in the garment industry and knowledge of international tax and accounting practices required.
2. College degree or above in finance or accounting, and all accounting qualification certificates and applicable licenses.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting and financial programs and systems
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Salary range

USD 2000 gross
