Key responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored security service solutions.
Sales Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Convert leads into successful sales by addressing client concerns and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate sales records, client interactions, and deal progress.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
Post-Sales Support & Client Retention:
- Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing support and communication.
- Address any issues promptly to maintain long-term business relationships
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the security services industry.
- Language Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Sales Performance
- Transportation: Must have own transportation.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.
Salary range
Basic Salary: $800 - $1,000 per month (depending on experience and portfolio).

Allowances: Transport and mobile allowance provided.
