Key responsibilities

  • Partner Identification and Outreach: Proactively identify potential retail and corporate partners that align with company's strategic goals. Utilize a variety of prospecting techniques to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, trust, and credibility.
  • Channel Expansion: Expand company's key retail channels and market reach through strategic partnerships. Identify and pursue opportunities to penetrate new markets and customer segments.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Successfully onboard new partners, ensuring a seamless integration process with company's platform and systems. Provide comprehensive training and support to partners to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • User Support and Satisfaction: Provide exceptional support to platform users, encompassing both end-consumers and retailers. By offering timely solutions and comprehensive training, you will ensure a positive user experience and contribute to overall user satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at target retailers and organizations. Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, trust, and credibility.
  • Product Expertise and Delivery: Develop a deep understanding of company's product offerings and services. Collaborate closely with the product and app development team by providing feedback and recommendations for continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Business Management).
  • 2-3 years of experience in the related role (e.g., Business Development, Vendor Management).
  • Interest and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Abilit to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical expertise in application testing, mobile computing, and hardware device troubleshooting (not required, but a plus).

Salary range

$600net - $800net

Mon-Sat (half day)

Working hours

Monday Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
