Key responsibilities

• International garment company seeks dynamic, team-oriented Merchandising Manager at best in class factory. Proven merchandising management experience and strong knowledge of knitted and woven activewear required. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Expanding footprint and business lines; additional growth opportunities for right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

• Production line coordination and management
• Coordinate with worldwide branch offices
• Coordinate sourcing, planning, and quality control
• Data collection, analysis and reporting
• Develop SOPs and related management systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated 3+ years merchandising managerial experience in apparel industry. Knowledge of knitted and woven activewear preferred.
• Demonstrated production management experience. Offshore factory experience and knowledge an asset
• Dynamic, team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong project management and analytical ability
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Salary range

Up to USD 3000
