Key responsibilities

Regional Client Partner Director will be responsible to build and lead the team for developing programmatic strategies that grow the market. The person will cultivate relationships with businesses, develop and unlock opportunities for advertisers to grow. Bring industry insights and plan growth and acquisition activities. Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams supporting our markets to drive strategic growth in revenue and operations. Track, analyze, and optimize the performance, product adoption, audience growth, being able to define localized strategy and establish a sustainable ecosystem that fits the local needs of clients, companies, and partners. Bring industry insights and plan growth and acquisition activities.

  • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets for the regions 
  • Help working on identifying and attaining new product partnerships.
  • Maintaining key competition assessments and draw strategies on maintaining a dominant position in the market
  • Help acquire new advertisers across all regions and making sure to grow investment from current advertisers.
  • Be up to date on global digital, programmatic trends. Understanding the product/platform thoroughly.
  • Leading and developing proposals and presentations for onboarding prospective clients and also up and cross -selling new solutions to current clients
  • Manage relationship with Partner, or any other partner in the future.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration and long-term financial health of the business unit.
  • Leading both internal and external QBRs, monthly, client wise assessment process
  • Managing Sales Routines on a weekly basis with the team
  • Work closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain continuous product knowledge
  • Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner, support the implementation of solutions that prevent future problems
  • Create an innovative strategy to evangelize and grow the market through the sales team
  • Develop an excellent relationship with the entities and associations in the region.
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities and strategic alliances in target markets
  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, finance, legal, sales, etc.) to drive strategic growth in revenue and operations.   • Responsible for the financial and accounting aspect for clients and partners including timely issuing of invoices, collection, payments along with the finance teams.
  • Understanding the decision-making process of an advertiser, talk their language, partnering with them, and bringing customized solutions to drive the best results to target companies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in platform ad sales and digital environment. Prior programmatic ad experience is a plus
  • Online/ Digital environment knowledge is a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with people and different departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership skills conducting important salesforce teams, finance area, and support areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital and mobile advertising environment.
  • Understanding the decision-making process of an advertiser, talk their language, partnering with them, and bringing customized solutions to drive the best results to target companies.

Salary range

USD4000 - USD5000net
