Key responsibilities

IT Core Banking Unit Manager shall understand to lead, establish, manage, and follow up activity plan for core banking unit. Implement configuration and parameter setting/ fine-tuning to improve the overall core banking system performance. And have to understand clearly how to control and compare system flow with business requirement before release into production.

• Work closely with relevant unit on the department and lender to support core banking system and system database configuration, migration, installation, parameterization, upgrade, functional testing and fix issues;
• Develop workflows, lesson plan, and provide core banking system training and support to head office and branches level;
• Provide timely reports and data extractions for external and internal using as per requirement related core banking System;
• Generate NBC, CMA, CBC, financial services, and operation report from the system database as per requirement and make sure on time.
• Manage and ensure the correctly and timely of daily and monthly (EOD, EOM and EOY) as of consolidate data from core banking system;
• Other tasks assigned line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor/ Masters degree in IT or related field;
• At least 3 years work experience in core banking system or similar;
• Understand business requirements and system flow as well;
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills;
• Knowledge and experienced in Java, JSON, PL/SQL, T-SQL and PostgreSQL;
• Good in written and verbal communication skills and effectively;
• Experience from Banking or MFI is preferred.

Salary range

USD1200 - USD1500gross

Benefits

- Seniority Pay: Follow with Cambodia Labour Law (7.5 days of salary will provide on Jun, and 7.5 days will provide on December)

- 13rd Month salary: Based on company policy (50% of gross salary provide before Khmer New Year, and 50% provide before Pchum Ben day)

- Insurance: Provide NSSF
