Key responsibilities

  • Manage and support sales activities to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate customer databases.
  • Collaborate with the accounts receivables team to ensure timely collection of balances.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, sales strategies, and market trends to refine sales approaches.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify customer needs and propose value-added product solutions.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, brokers, and end users.
  • Expand the customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Assist in product launches and promotional campaigns to enhance market presence.
  • Coordinate and strengthen relationships between distributors and wholesalers/outlets.
  • Provide regular reports on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 4 Years of working experience in the Food industry is required for this position.
  • Coming from e-commerce/marketplace company is preferable
  • Proven records in sales/distributor/Key Account management
  • Required Skills: Sales, Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality, Leadership, Microsoft Office, Computer Literacy, Team-Player
  • Fluent English both in written and speaking (Mandatory. The whole process will be conducted in English)
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

Salary range

USD 800 gross
