Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media posts, and advertisements.
• Develop creative concepts and designs for online and offline campaigns.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and messaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital marketing and promotional activities.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors when necessary.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to ensure the company's designs remain fresh and competitive.
• Assist in product packaging design and development of POSM (Point of Sales Materials).
• Support other departments with graphic-related tasks, such as presentation slides or event branding.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (knowledge of Canva is a plus).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in Khmer and basic English.

Salary range

USD 500 to 600 gross
