Key responsibilities

• Increase and ensure professionalism in different areas of production (production processes, cutting departments, sewing line, pressing, finishing departments - packing and warehouse management
• Head existing supervisors in above area with the right mindset experiences and level of professional as the head, to ensure the supervisors are doing their role professionally and educate them them the right mindset- e.g. quality mindset (know-how and know why on their role and its impact on quality
• Have a IE and some 6s mindset, where he can know things like line balance(how to create efficiency), quality management (how to gate issues and fix it from the root) and if better, know how to improve execution with data management in line

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Production Management, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• -proven ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce in a cross-cultural environment
• strong knowledge or lean manufacturing, six sigma and other process improvement methodologies
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Salary range

Up to USD6000 - USD10000gross
