Key responsibilities

International garment company seeks dynamic, aggressive and team-oriented General Manager to oversee best in class factory. Knowledge of ERP and MES systems and advanced automation technology required. Strong knowledge of knitted and woven activewear. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Expanding footprint and business lines; additional growth opportunities for right candidate.

• Oversee daily operations and overall factory management including HR, compliance, accounting, production and merchandising
• Hosting clients
• Direct reporting to ownership
• Coordinate with worldwide branch offices
• Date collection, analysis and reporting
• Develop SOPs and related management system

Requirements

• Demonstrated 5+ years managerial experience in apparel manufacturing and factory management, knowledge of knitted and woven activewear preferred. Offshore factory experience and knowledge an asset
• Dynamic, aggressive, team-oriented, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Proficient in ERP and MES systems. Knowledge of advanced automated technology.

Salary range

Up to USD8000gross
