Key responsibilities

  • Holding company target/KPI set by company.
  • Generating team KPI in accordance to direction from Business Development Manager.
  • Responsible for key products & service of company - Room Air Conditioners (RAC), Commercial Air
  • Conditioners (CAC), VRF Air Conditioners (VRF), Chillers, and other ventilation products.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking & sales associates.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including property developers, contractors, architects, and building owners.
  • Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Effectively negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal/project execution and provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coaching & fostering of sales & other skills to line subordinates.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions.
  • Reporting weekly & monthly of project pipeline and market situation to Business Development Manager.
  • Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Other tasks assigned by line managers, or top management team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 03 years of experience in selling HVAC systems or B2B products.
  • Strong understanding of commercial air conditioning systems, including VRF systems, sufficient to engage in technical discussions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Good at English communication
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, and others related.
  • At least 07 years of experience in sales roles or managing roles.

Salary range

USD1200 - 1500 gross
