Key responsibilities
- Leading development of the Trade Planning to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories
- Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution.
- Contribute to the departments goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance.
- Responsible for Trade Marketing & solutions with external & internal customers to grow the categories
- Responsible for driving sales performance by developing and initiating the promotional program
- Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven demand generation Marketing Promotion and Campaign strategy to achieve sales goals for an assigned geographic or demographic defined market segment.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to build prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for Marketing Promotion and Campaign strategy
- Work with marketers across our team and in our company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns
- Manage the Promotion performance against targets and recommending next steps with Merchandising or trade plan
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing or any related field
- At least of 5-7 years in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field with experience in driving campaign development to revenue growth
- Experiences in all aspects of promotion & activities in marketing or related field at least 3 -5 years.
- Experience with marketing automation software
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience working in a B2B software marketing team
- Marketing principles and marketing strategy and mix
- Predictive models used to improve profitability Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Impeccable eye for detail
- Exhibit willingness and flexibility to work both independently as
Salary range
USD1500 - USD1800gross
