Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop members of your team utilizing the tools and processes develop by HR
- Ensure that the leadership and development of the people in your team is given sufficient time and focus
- Proactively act as a coach and mentor to your team to enable them to improve their skills and knowledge
- Identify and resolve employee/team problem and conflict
- Support in the recruitment of suitable people for your team and the company as a whole
- Act as a subject matter expert in your area of expertise, sharing that knowledge with your team and colleagues
- Ensure your continue to develop your knowledge and expertise through your own personal career development and utilizing training and development offered by the company
- Act as an advocate for the, company promoting, it internally and externally
- To identify business opportunities, potential growth areas and prospects through his network and other sources
- To develop and maintain business relations with the prospects and clients
- To provide information on business opportunities to management, division managers and other people involved in business development
- To assist the division, department and section manager in a negotiation and solving problem with the client
- To monitor some specific projects
- To help to secure some project tender
- To work with the manufacturer
- To raise CK brand awareness to outsiders
- To monitor competitor activities in business development
- To perform other relevant tasks as required by section manager
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Engineering.
- Above 3 years experiences in sales/marketing and business development within the industrial kitchen marketplace.
- Strong Interpersonal Skill
- Knowledge of business acumen
- Strong Verbal and writing in English
- Management skill
- Good communication
