Key responsibilities

Conduct factory audit based on company sourcing for both technical process and COP

Arrange audit documents to complies with GMP, SCCA, Technical Audit

Design quality assurance (QA) policies to prevent issues leading to poor product quality.

Establish plans for testing of products, materials and packaging.

Oversee QC tasks, ensuring proper documentation of records and review of reports submitted to regulatory authorities.

Provide expertise on determining the optimal calibration standards for laboratory equipment operation.

Review and make recommendations to address issues identified from the testing activities.

Do the daily and monthly inspection report (Quality Meeting, doing product and process risk assessment, CAP, )

Review Production Batch Records and other manufacturing-related documents to verify compliance and record keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities.

Assist in the coordination of testing results involving finished products, raw materials, and packaging components and the appropriate release and hold programs associated with these materials.

Prepare document for in-line QC and collect data of defect and inspection.

Create specification or inspection for incoming materials.

Set up QC structure.

Do the evaluation of suppliers.

Address the issue and solving problem of customer complaints.

Arrange the items for final inspection.

Check in-line production quality and record the quantity.

Arrange pre-production meeting.

Request to FG department for last inspection before ship.

Join every weekly meeting with production and management team

Requirements

Associate Degree or above

Good command of English communication both spoken and written

Preferably have a few years of working experience in the inspection field & documentation background of compliance

Integrity & honest

Be able to work under pressure

Salary range

USD1000 - 1200gross (negotiable)
