Key responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and patient engagement online.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct digital market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth in the online space.
- Branding & Online Communication: Oversee brand positioning and online messaging to maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all digital platforms.
- Digital Campaign Management: Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing to attract and retain patients.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage social media strategies to engage with patients and the community effectively, enhancing the hospital's online presence.
- Analytics & Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Patient Engagement & Experience: Create patient-centric digital marketing initiatives that enhance satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI on digital initiatives.
- Compliance & Ethical Standards: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical marketing standards.
- Any other tasks assigned by the CEO, COO.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (Masters Degree is a plus).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or the service industry.
- Strong strategic planning and digital market analysis skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple digital projects and drive results.
- Language: Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Other Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of creativity and innovation in digital campaigns.

Salary range
$2000 - $3500gross
