Key responsibilities

This position is responsible is responsible for overseeing HR management and department operations to adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Their duties include communicating between company Executives and management, managing the HR department budget and coordinating with management to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.

  • Responsibilities:
  • HR Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR department, setting goals and priorities that align with the company's mission and values.
  • HR Operations: Manage the end-to-end administration of HR processes, including HRMS, staff data maintenance, HR records keeping and staff data reporting.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Create and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices.
  • Organisation Development: Manage organisation review and restructuring process, including staff planning.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, attracting top talent to join the company.
  • Talent Management: Develop career pathway, manage staff progression and succession plan for key leadership/ critical positions in the company.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations, conflict resolution, engagement, communication and change management.
  • Performance Management: Lead goal setting discussions with Head of Departments and administer annual performance appraisal process.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of employee payroll, benefits, and welfare, including health programs to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Training and Development: Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for employees at all levels in addressing any functional or leadership gaps.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to maintain good staff diversity and create a welcoming and equitable workplace.
  • Compliance: Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices remain compliant and update ISO related to HR Department.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in HRDM or relevant fields;
  • Experience: 5 Years of Experience in HRDM in a Healthcare (preferred)/ Hospitality/ Services industry.
  • Skill: HR Analysis, Management and Operations
  • Language: Good command in English and Khmer (spoken and written)
  • Computer Skill: Good command in Microsoft Applications
  • Others Abilities:
  • Analysis and identify the issue, solutions for complex issues, organizing and priority task, leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability in critical thinking on administration management procedure and policies in company or other institutions;
  • Ability in working independently and good relationship;
  • Good attitude, good characteristic and good behavior;
  • Honesty, accountability, commitment, discipline, capability and teamwork;
  • Respect and value to each other.

$1500gross
