Position Purpose:

You will be the strategic anchor and trusted growth partner for our headline clients. Someone who can fluidly cross lines between high-level brand strategy, cutting-edge digital execution, and meticulous commercial management. You aren't just managing relationships; you are actively steering client businesses forward, inspiring cross-functional agency teams (creative, strategy, data, and media), and defending the commercial health of your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Client Leadership:

  • Act as the primary strategic consultant for senior client stakeholders, deeply understanding their business models, market challenges, and growth objectives.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies that bridge traditional creative storytelling with modern data-driven execution.
  • Proactively bring innovative solutions, market trends, and business-building ideas to clients before they ask for them.

2. Portfolio Growth & Commercial Health:

  • Own the financial health of your assigned accounts, including forecasting, budgeting, profitability monitoring, and organic growth tracking.
  • Identify and convert organic growth opportunities within existing accounts to meet annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the executive team on high-value new business pitches, bringing strategic client insights to the table.

3. Cross-Functional Team Empowerment:

  • Brief and guide internal creative, media, and production teams, ensuring all agency output matches the strategic vision and meets strict quality standards.
  • Mentor, manage, and elevate a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
  • Unblock operational bottlenecks between departments to ensure smooth, profitable project delivery.

Experience / Knowledge Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in an advertising, digital, or integrated agency, with at least 2 years operating at a Senior Account Manager or Account Director level.
  • A proven track record of delivering cross-channel campaigns spanning brand strategy, digital/performance marketing, content creation, and experiential activations.
  • Deep experience managing portfolio finances, including a strong grasp of agency profitability margins, scope management, and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to command a room and influence C-suite client decisions.
  • A resilient, solution-oriented mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment where agility is key.

Salary:
