Position Purpose:

The Senior Graphic Designer is a master craftsman of digital and print layouts. You possess incredible technical speed and an obsessive eye for typography, composition, and color. You take the visual direction from the Art Directors and build out the flawless, final assets that go live to the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute complex layout designs for key visuals, corporate brochures, event branding, and out-of-home (OOH) billboards.

• Retouch and color-correct high-resolution photography to a global commercial standard.

• Produce massive volumes of digital asset adaptations (resizing one key visual into 30 different digital ad formats) with zero margin for error.

• Mentor junior graphic designers on software shortcuts, file organization, and layout principles.

• Prepare final artwork files for external printers and fabricators, ensuring exact color profiles and bleed specifications.

Experience / Knowledge Required:

• 5+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced agency or production house.

• Elite-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Extensive experience in print production and pre-press file preparation.
• Incredible attention to detail; you are the final visual quality check before an asset leaves the agency.

• Ability to process high volumes of work efficiently without sacrificing aesthetic quality.

Salary:

Salary is based on skills and experience

Working Hours:

Working Days: Monday - Friday (8:30am to 6:00pm)

Lunch break: 1.5 hours (12:00pm to 1:30pm)
