Marketing Staff

Job Summary:

• The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting marketing activities, digital content execution, and brand promotion. This role includes managing social media, assisting in campaigns and supporting marketing events and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Digital Content
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & oAline).
• Manage social media accounts (posting, scheduling, basic engagement).
• Create content for social media campaigns and branding materials.
• Ensure consistency of company branding across all materials.
• Any other marketing roles assigned by management.
• Design & Materials Support
• Prepare marketing materials for training, presentations, and events.
• Use basic design tools (e.g. Canva) to support content creation.
• Coordination & Vendor Support
• Coordinate with external vendors and marketing partners.
• Support internal teams with marketing-related requirements.
• Events Support
• Support company events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Assist in preparing event logistics, materials, and on-site coordination.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing or marketing support experience.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft OAice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools) is a plus.
• Preferred Skills (Optional)
• Experience in digital marketing or content creation.
• Basic photo/video editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
