Position Purpose:

As we scale our "Phygital" activations, the physical environments we build must be world-class. We are seeking a Senior 3D Designer to become a core pillar of our newly expanding creative department. You will translate abstract strategic concepts into stunning, structurally sound 3D environments for events, exhibitions, and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spatial Storytelling: Conceptualize and render high-fidelity 3D models for live event stages, immersive brand zones, and interactive physical installations.

• Creative Leadership: Work directly alongside the Creative Director to elevate the agency's visual output and pitch presentations.

• Technical Translation: Provide accurate technical drawings, dimensions, and material recommendations to ensure the Procurement and Production teams can actually build your vision safely and on budget.

• Innovation: Pioneer the use of new rendering technology.

Experience / Knowledge Required:

• 5+ years of 3D environmental or exhibition design experience.

• Mastery of 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Blender) and rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, Unreal Engine, Enscape, D5 render).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating complex, large-scale event or retail structures.
• The maturity to work autonomously, mentor junior creatives, and present your concepts directly to stakeholders.

• Agency-Specific Focus: Candidates from an advertising agency background often bring experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments, managing marketing-related spend (production, media, creative services), and handling urgent, client-driven deadlines.

Salary:

Salary is based on skills and experience

Working Hours:

Working Days: Monday - Friday (8:30am to 6:00pm)

Lunch break: 1.5 hours (12:00pm to 1:30pm)
