Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain networks (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, WIFI)
• Set-up, monitor and troubleshoot CCTV systems (cameras, NVR/DVR, CABLING)
• Diagnose and fix computer hardware and software issues (desktops, laptops and printers)
• Provide IT support to end users (on-site & remote)
• Manage basic server and user accounts (backups, access control)
• Ensure data security and system reliability.
• Document IT procedures, configurations and incidents
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, upgrades and licenses.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANS)
• Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and troubleshooting
• Strong PC troubleshooting (Windows OS, basic Mac/Linux knowledge is a plus)
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls,
• Basic knowledge of servers, backups and security practices
• Experience with ERP / business systems (NAV/ BlueCherry, GPRO is a plus)

Soft Skill

• Good problem solving & analytical skills
• Clear communication with non technical users
• Can work independently and manage multiple issues
• Patient, reliable and service-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 1-3 + years of experience in IT Support / IT Specialist role

Salary range

USD1000gross
